Hello there!! I’m Louise Potter, I’m so pleased to ‘meet’ you! 

I’ve been there, exactly where you are right now.  Trying to do EVERYTHING in my business.  There’s just not enough hours in the day, and actually sometimes it is down right stressful, constantly being pushed out of the comfort zone and doing jobs that you don’t like doing but have to be done.  But, there comes a point when you just can’t DIY your way through anymore.  Your clients need you and your business systems cant keep up.

Your business is your ‘baby’ you’ve worked so hard to get to this point, but you are growing and you need help.  Together, we will work towards making changes, big or small, to put the foundation blocks in place.  I help you look after the day to day running of your business so you can focus on your zone of genius and know that your business is in safe hands.

My Experience

I’m absolutely passionate about working with small online businesses who are making a difference.

After graduating from Leeds Metropolitan University completing a HND in Business Studies I started my career as an Administrator for an Executive Search and Headhunting firm for the public sector.

In my corporate life, I have been an Executive Assistant and Project Co-ordinator for over 14 years. My passion for working with entrepreneurs and small business owners started when I joined one organisation in its infancy. I built and put in place policies and procedures, organised an office move, recruited personnel, training and induction of new colleagues, database development all alongside the day to day project work and being an Executive Assistant.
